To promote public awareness on building a clean, healthy, and livable city, the Mymensingh Urban Youth Council, with the support of Mymensingh City Corporation and SERAC-Bangladesh, will organize an environmental awareness street drama titled “Aborjona” (Waste) on 24 July 2026 in Mymensingh.
The street drama will raise awareness about the importance of proper waste management, environmental protection, and responsible civic behavior. Through engaging performances, it will demonstrate how indiscriminate waste disposal, poor waste management practices, and public negligence negatively impact the urban environment, public health, and overall quality of life.
The performance will encourage citizens to take collective responsibility for maintaining a clean city by adopting environmentally friendly practices and ensuring proper waste disposal.
