Executive Director of SERAC-Bangladesh, SM Shaikat, is going to moderate the networking session on 'Connecting Local to Global: Networking Urban Youth Councils' at the eleventh session of the World Urban Forum-11 (Multifunctional Room 13) to be held at the International Congress Centre in Katowice, Poland on 28 June 2022 at 12:30 (CET) with a specific aim to connect local young people with urbanization for a Better Urban Future and provide greater insight and clarity on the future of cities based on existing trends, challenges, and opportunities.
The plenary includes other potential stakeholders including the UN-Habitat representative, a representative from ASEAN Youth Cooperation, the president from the Network of Local Youth Council- Morocco, and Director of Plurality Junges Netzwerk Bolivia, SERAC's UYCB Management team and UYCB taskforce members.
